✔ The Corporation Profile Report shows information on Ontario corporations or Extra-Provincial corporations.
✔ For Ontario corporations, all active directors and officers of the corporation are listed in it
✔ Some historical information such as previous names, amalgamated names, etc show in this report.
✔Extra-provincial corporations may only show basic information such as the head or registered office of the corporation in its profile report.
Features of a Certificate of Status
✔ The Certificate of Status provides the current status of the corporation (active, dissolved or in default). It is available only for Ontario corporations or for Extra-Provincial corporations.
✔ Details such as registered office addresses, directors, officers and historical information will not be in this document.
